Bianco Lasa di Covelano Marble

Bianco Lasa di Covelano is one of the most sought-after materials in the world, as it has all the characteristics sought after in marble: it is homogeneous, compact, with a fine and crystalline grain. Designers appreciate its uniform appearance and the characteristic translucent white background color with light shading. Its two variants Macchia Vecchia and Vena oro are also highly sought after. This precious white marble is extracted from one of the highest quarries in Europe, at over 2,000 meters above sea level, in Val Venosta (above Covelano) within the Stelvio National Park.
