Calacatta Michelangelo is a delicate white marble among the most appreciated of the Carrara marbles. It is distinguished by its fine veins that, starting from light grey, take on the color of tortoise. This veined white marble, due to its refinement, is very popular for interior decoration. It is particularly suitable for making marble flooring, bathrooms, sinks and basins, kitchen tops, wall coverings, and decorative objects. Calacatta Michelangelo marble is available in 2 cm thick slabs.
